Transaction Manager, Founder

As a trusted transaction coordinator, I understand the impact my role has on the success of agents. You should be spending your time on money making activities to build your business, not tied down with paperwork. Having previously worked as an agent and mortgage originator, I have dealt with the pressure and chaos that comes along with helping a client with one of the largest purchases/sales of their lives. I absolutely love being able to taking some of this pressure off agents by keeping all parties connected, making sure deadlines are met, transaction files are compliant and of course, that agents are paid on time. After managing and training a team of TC’s for a large brokerage, I realized I wanted to build something of my own. I’ve successfully closed over 1,000 transactions for agents throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento. Each transaction has showed me ways to tweak my services and efficiency. I specialize in San Francisco, South Bay, East Bay, North Bay and Sacramento transactions. 

I am a Bay Area native who fell in love with real estate after purchasing my first investment property in 2010. When I'm not making your files sparkle, I love escaping to Tahoe or Disneyland with my husband and two young boys or continuing to explore the beauty of the Bay Area.

Nile Alvarado started her career in Real Estate with roles in marketing, operations, and management. Drawing from her prior experience in leading Transaction Coordinator teams, Nile gained invaluable insights into optimizing processes for smooth transactions. In 2021, she launched her own TC business, swiftly establishing herself as a trusted resource for top producers and brokerages across the Bay Area. Nile's proactive approach, adept prioritization, and problem-solving abilities have solidified her agents' trust in her expertise. Her commitment to exceptional service is evident in her management of over 3,000 transactions, showcasing her expertise in the field. Beyond work, she finds fulfillment in travel, trying new restaurants, and cherished moments with her family and her dog, Leela.

Sam Garcia
Transaction Coordinator

I am passionate about real estate and thrive in the fast-paced role of a transaction coordinator. My goal is to empower agents to focus on their clients while I streamline their transactions. 

My 8+ years of Customer Service Management and Clinical Office experience have honed my problem solving skills and attention to client experience. My experience in managing real estate transactions includes broker compliance, managing timelines, and staying up to date on current requirements and forms. I am committed to delivering outstanding service and ensuring a positive experience throughout.

Beyond work; I love spending time outdoors, cooking new recipes and baking with my kids!
