I know, I know - Completing the AVID is no agent’s favorite part of the transaction BUT many brokerages require this form to be completed. Quick tip - Use the Glide app to complete this form electronically. Have you been in a spot where you didn’t know the right words to use to describe a finding? Snap a photo and it will be included in your AVID! Additionally, this will streamline your communication with your Transaction Coordinator/team. Your TC/team will be notified once the form is completed so they can send for all parties to sign, or you can send it for signatures via the app.
